C202-3 Pnuematic Manual Wheelchair front tires (in lieu of solid tires)

Pnuematic tires are found to be preferred for travel over rough terrain in Manual Wheelchairs for their shock absorbing character.  Installation is free on most Tuffcare Manual wheelchairs when ordered at the same time as the Manual wheelchair.  To be clear, these are the tires only and are used on the front of manual wheelchairs in lieu of solid tires.
