This bed is now fabricated on demand and is not stocked.
This slightly modified version of the NOA Med AP Riser high/low bed can be raised and lowered straight up and straight down thus preventing the bed from hitting the wall and eliminating all scratches and gouges. With the unique ability to be raised and lowered with the wheels locked, the V Riser bed gives your nursing care facility an added safety factor over other high/low beds on the market. Also, each of the bed's corners now has braking, swivel casters allowing the Vertical Riser bed to be easily and quickly moved in any direction for cleaning, transporting residents, or evacuations. This high/low bed comes standard with a baseboard bumper and a mattress retainer kit.
New this June, 2011, NOA Medical Industries, Inc. is introducing our newly designed Half Side Rail for use on all NOA Bed Systems. The newly designed half side rail meets all FDA, and domestic and international requirements and will be used in place of the current standard and tall side rail sets previously marketed by NOA Medical. Adjustability and quality will continue to be of the highest standard, and the New Soft Touch Half Side Rails will be available in both our standard beige and black colors.
