Overall Safety Tips:

* Electric scooters are intended for use by person’s aged 16 or above. Electric scooters and powerchairs are an attraction to those who are younger.  Be cautious of younger users of your electric scooters and powerchairs.

 * Electric scooter operators must comply with all local laws and regulations. Check with your local police or Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to determine local requirements for electric scooters..
