Golden Technologies is the Premier manufacturer of electric scooters as well as zero gravity recliners and lift recliners. They have been in the healthcare field for almost fifty years. Their warranty and customer service are superior.
Inside Delivery is delivering to the residence without any uncrating or set up. You may select complete White Glove Service for an additional $140.00. White Glove Service includes uncrating, set up and use instruction. Also, White Glove Service will deliver one floor below and one floor above street level. Please be advised that fabric protection which is done at the factory, requires an additional 5-7 days to dry before packaging to avoid odors and packaging material adhering to the wet surface.Vinyls and fabric upgrades may take up to 14 days to fabricate prior to shipment.
Lift Chairs: Golden warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Life Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recliner Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is covered on all models for three years. The Capri and Monarch are limited to six months. Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty for 2 years. The Capri chair is limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models except Capri & Monarch which are limited to 6 months.
