Inside Delivery is delivering to the residence without any uncrating or set up. You may select complete White Glove Service for an additional $122.00. White Glove Service includes uncrating, set up and instruction. Also, White Glove Service will deliver one floor below and one floor above street level. Fabric protection is a frequently requested option and is recommended for all lift chairs with fabric upholstery. This coating process takes 5 factory days to complete due to multiple coats to the lift chair upholstery and required drying cycles. The lift chair must be completely dry prior to packing.
Lift Chairs: Golden warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Life Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recliner Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is covered on all models for three years. The Capri and Monarch are limited to six months. Golden warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty for 2 years. The Capri chair is limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models except Capri & Monarch which are limited to 6 months.
