Dana Douglas Warranty

Dana Douglas offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects on the Infinite 500, Riva and Excel frames and a five year warranty from the original purchase date on the 4200DX and 4200LX frames. All distributed parts and components including frame components, push handles, hand brakes, caster and axle components are warrantied against defects in materials and/or workmanship for six years from the original purchase date on the Infiniti 500, Riva and Excel and five years on the 4200DA and 4200LX.

Items not warrantied: tires, tubes, seats, trays, cables, rods, cable sleeves, foam and/or rubber hand grips.
