By "easy to use" we mean that the hand crank is mechanically easy to rotate and allows a significant range of adjustment that meets most applications (if not all). By easy to "set-up" we mean the individual parts are not cumbersome to position and attach through simple mechanisms with a bare minimum of small hardware.
