The Hypolex^® Top Cover

Uniquely constructed to meet our rigid standards, the Hypolex Top Cover offers both incredible waterproof characteristics as well as being a very low friction and shear top layer of protection.

Protected on both the bottom and top surfaces with Vinyzene^® to inhibit bacterial growth, the Hypolex Top Cover is both durable and stain resistant.Easy to clean, it is also incredibly durable and lasts for the life of the mattress.

The Inner Foam Core

Our unique MaxiFloat ES tri-laminate design provides low to moderate risk patients with pressure reduction and a comfortable laying surface.The topper consists of

technologically advanced dual IFD co-polymer with a super soft section in the lower legs and heels.The second layer is constructed of precision die cuts for increased patient envelopment throughout the entire body.The higher density bottom layer of polyurethane foam provides a sturdy foundation and long lasting clinical durability on any bed frame.

Flame Tex fire Retardant Sleeve

For flammability protection, we now include our Flame Tex Jr. fire retardant enclosure system around the multi-density foam core. All of our mattresses have been tested and have passed the new Federal Flammability standard 16 CFR part 1633.

The Bottom Cover

The durable bottom cover consists of a tough, flame retardant vinyl that is both waterproof and anti-bacterial.It also includes a zipper on the mattress bottom for easy access to the foam core.

CompressPak^™ Packaging System

The new MaxiFloat ES also comes compress packaged, minimizing delivery and inventory costs.Our new patented CompressPak System enables us to reduce the size of the shipping carton, which equates to significant freight savings for your facility.

SPECIFICATIONS:

TOP COVER:	Loose, billowy Hypolex® Top Cover system with extremely low Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR).Flame retardant, anti-microbial, water resistant up to 265 PPSI (Mullens rating).
TRI-LAMINATE FOAM CORE ASSEMBLY:	The inner foam core assembly incorporates a clinically proven tri-laminate design.The top two layers of co-polymer material provide very low interface pressure readings, while the bottom layer of firmer polyurethane foam provides support and clinical durability on any bed frame.The dual IFD top layer of co-polymer foam provides a super soft section designed to offer very low interface pressures in the lower legs and heels.The co-polymer middle layer is precision die cut and offers low interface pressure readings throughout the entire body.Our Flame Tex Jr. fire retardant sleeve encases the foam core.
BOTTOM COVER:	Tough, flame retardant vinyl that is waterproof and anti-bacterial.Includes two vents for air transfer upon patient ingress.Also comes equipped with a zipper on the bottom for easy access to the inner foam core.

FLAMMABILITY:

Manufactured to meet California Upholstery Provisions as stated in Technical Bulletin #117 and exceed Federal Flammability Standard 16CFR1632 (Formerly DOC FF 4-72).Now with the Flame Tex Jr. Sleeve, this product also meets California Technical Bulletin #129, California Technical Bulletin #603, City of Boston #IX-II and Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633.

WARRANTY:

Five (5) years non-prorated, against structural defects and workmanship under normal facility usage.
