One person can assemble this scooter in minutes. The 6 pieces, batteries 24 lbs., Electronics, 5 lbs., Base and Tiller, 28 lbs., Motor and Wheel assembly 39 lbs., Seat 25 lbs., and Motor Shroud 2 lbs., may vary slightly in weight by model. Since the heaviest piece is not lifted to assemble, the alignment of the seat shaft with its receiver is the most physically challenging assembly task.

If you don't want to bother with the task of assembly, request the "White Glove Service". White Glove Service includes uncrating, assemble and set up of the product, removal of packaging materials from customers location. Also, white glove service will deliver one floor below and one floor above.
