The newest Accumax Quantum system, the Complete is designed to offer caregivers unparalleled assistance in the positioning of their patients. The Complete Systems are available for the regular electric hospital bed as well as any Hill Rom hospital bed frame including the VersaCare, TotalCare and CareAssist.
The AccuMax Quantum Complete provides all the features of our previous Quantum Systems with the added benefit of low air loss therapy. No other system on the market today provides the versatility protection, choice of therapies and proven clinical outcomes of the new AccuMax Quantum Complete.

The New CU-4 Control Unit
The microprocessor controlled CU-4 offers a variety of features to ensure caregivers of safe gentle and quiet operation.

In the Alternating Pressure Mode; The CU-4 offers:

In the Turn Assist mode, the CU4 offers:
· Discretionary left or right positioning.
· Variable turn duration

· Auto return to level position in case of power failure (Non-powered pressure distribution.)
In the Low Air Loss Mode, the CU4 offers,
Low air loss therapy whether or not any other powered therapy is used.
The AccuMax Complete Top Cover
Our unique and patent pending top cover design provides vital low air loss therapy without the need for extensive cleaning/disinfection between patients. Unlike other top covers that deliver low air loss therapy by means of small holes in the uppermost layer, we use a vapor permeable top layer that is waterporrof and does not allow contamination into the other layers of the top cover.

Only the AccuMax Quantum Complete can offer low air loss therapy when the rest of the system is in non-powered mode. And because of the unique construction of the AccuMax Quantum Complete support surface, the complete is the only low air loss system where your patients care is not compromised in the event of a power loss.
Specifications
The Top Cover
Our patent pending 3 layer top cover provides a very low friction and low shear surface that is waterproof, yet allows air vapor to pass through enabling vital low air loss therapy. Inside is a state of the art spacer material to allow for unobstructed air flow to the patient entire body. The bottom layer provides and impervious barrier to protect the support surface from any ingress of fluids.
The Turn Assist Topper
The top layer of the Quantum Complete consists of a uniquely designed topper system that incorporates two turning air sectors. For regular bed frames the air sectors are located inside the comfort engineered topper system. For the versa care and TotalCare bed frames the air sectors are located inside the comfort engineered topper system. For the VersaCare and TotalCare bed Frame the top layer incorporates a dual IFD foam construction with a very high resiliency foam in the torso and luxurious Visco elastic foam in the heel section. The Visco Elastic foam also facilitates the retractablility feature of these frames.
The Controlled Release Air Sectors
All AccuMax Quantum Systems contain anatomically inspired air sectors to provide vital pressure redistribution therapy. The air sectors are alternately connected to provide alternating pressure therapy on demand as an added therapy for the higher risk patients.
The Bottom Layer
The Quantum IS Complete and the TC Complete models designed for the Versacare and TotalCare bed frames come equipped with a contoured bottom layer of higher density foam to accommodate their unique pan design. All Quantum Complete models come equipped with a durable tri-laminate vinyl bottom cover.
